Well had Recruitment Drive Camp (RDC).
i must say it was one of the best camps ive been to and actually enjoyed myself and that my group enjoyed themselves as well..

for those who don't know wat this camp is about..
its a camp to recruit SCL (sch of chemical & life sciences) students to be part of SCL club and to recruit committee and executive committee members..

well FYI im nt in SCL club im just involved because im an OGL (orientation group leader).

The theme was flowers and so my group was named Begonia..
at first i was like 'WTF?!'
but thank god our name was short bcz other groups were like

'amarylis, caladium, poison ivy, nasturtium' HAH!

im grateful i have a bunch of interesting campers cz wen i say interesting they really are interesting..

we played icebreaker games from which we got our group cheer.. gina introduced this game called 'ohm ohm chucky chucky'

the game requires concentration and we added a new thing about the game.. the hand sign. HEE

we played games like amazing race around ang mo kio, treasure hunts in sch and this haunted house race called " ally's wonderland "

there were several times where we won and lost.. but we bonded well regardless..

came up with ridiculous jokes and stuff..
example:

Jia xin brought her lip butter/balm (from the body shop) with her.
since he was curious he asked wat that was.
she passed it to him.
he opened it and smelt it..

and it spread to the whole group!
not only that..
now everyone's addicted to 'LOL' n 'JENG'

well once again make story short.. we became the best group even when we were short of one manpower, our ayyub, who left on the morning of the 3rd day..


and apparently everyone was influenced by our cheer..
n apparently now, campers and Group leaders of RDC greet each other with an "ohm ohm" together with the wtf hand sign.

today was the JIM BEAM dance comp which i was pulled into last minute..
i must admit i was scared and nervous because i didnt wana ruin the hopes of my dear frens who worked so hard..
